Welcome to my web page. I am a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in the School of Life Sciences at the University of Essex.

My research interest focuses, mainly, on the origin and evolution of eukaryotic regulatory systems. Currently, in our lab, we focuses on the impact of population genomic variation in the development and progression of various types of cancer.
